If you've ever wondered what the whole slow living lifestyle is about, this module is for you. I'll start out by telling you a story of two worlds (hurry v unhurry)--it won't take you long to figure out which one you're in.
We'll move onto a quick self-assessment so we figure out where we are and envision where we want to be and I'll teach you all about the Slow Living Matrix.
We'll talk boundaries, how to align your creative energy to maximize your focus, and how to talk with your family about your shift to a slower lifestyle.
We'll wrap up this module with a quick before-and-after of how I started on the unhurried path.
MODULE 2
Your Slow Living Morning
Now that you're ready to make those mindset shifts, let's apply that to one of the most stressful and critical time blocks--your morning routine.
In this module, we'll create a blueprint for setting the slow living focus for your day. You'll get your hands on some of my favorite mantras and habit principles to build an intentional morning.
We'll talk slow food, clothing, and routine, and make a plan to get back on track when your morning runs off the rails (it happens, but it's fixable!).
MODULE 3
Your Slow Living Work Day
Is your work wearing you down? In this module, we'll talk about your work life and how to apply slow living principles to every aspect of your daytime hours.
We'll start out by defining your 'enough.' You'll walk through an easy budget/money map to evaluate how many work hours you really need (versus how many you're actually working).
We'll discover your unique time blocking archetype to determine how to create a purposeful focus during your work hours. I'll let you in on simple transition habits to make the shift from work-to-life so much easier.
MODULE 4
Your Slow Living Evening
What good are all these mindset shifts and habit changes if they don't lead you towards being more present and mindful with those that matter most in your life?
We'll discover the best way to anchor your evening, while exploring a bit of science on why rest and wellbeing should be a priority for all of us. We'll wrap up this module with quick troubleshooting tips for how to realign with your unhurried values when things go awry.

I know first hand the weight of living a hurried life.
A health crisis, a cancer diagnosis, and watching my family spin on the wheel of stress and hurry took it's toll. We lived that way for years (isn't that what everyone else does, too?).
